IndSamachar has an alliance with Ruptley’s for global video news. We operate out of news bureaus in India, Canada, US, Europe and aspirations to grow into other geographies.

A visionary leader for Indsamachar, Narayanan has to his credit a rich corporate experience acquired over 25 years. He has played a pivotal role in various capacities on Board and Senior leadership teams of diverse organizations like Seventymm, Zee Network, Max New York Life, ICICI, Sun Infoways, Nexus Computers & IBM. His core expertise is in nurturing and leading Operations, Strategy, Marketing, and Information Technology. As the Founder & CEO of Indsamachar, he provides thought leadership and strategic impetus to the media house. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing the digital media house into a brand with a national scale and presence.
Narayanan’s unique ability to spot new trends and introduce innovative concepts has earned him recognition in the industry. Attention to details, strong result focus, deep intuitive understanding of consumer preferences and choice — combined with his zeal and energy — is the enduring force behind Indsamachar.
Srikumar Balakrishnan

Srikumar Balakrishnan is a stalwart in journalism hailing from Chennai, India. Through his distinguished career, Sri has led Correspondent teams in media houses like Sun News, Zee News, NDTV-HINDU, NEWSX. He widely covered socio-economic and political across various states in India. He was instrumental in setting up Television stations for News 7 Tamil, Cauvery News Tamil in Tamil Nadu, and then driving viewership as Input Editor of the Channels. Sri conceived and developed Digital Media for News 7 and Cauvery News.
At IndSamachar Srikumar is the Managing Editor – leading content generation and coverage teams across India. He also leads global alliances, thus enabling global coverage of news from diverse geographies.
Rajesh Makwana

Rajesh has held several high senior positions in The Bhartiya Janta Party. Rajesh currently severs as an Advisory Panel Member for the Central Board Of Film Certification and is a member of the Ministry of Information &Broadcasting. He currently presides the following committees BJP Gujrati Unit (Mahamantri – Mumbai), BJP Hawkers Unit (Mahamantri – Mumbai), Sankalp Samajik Sanstha (Executive President), Namo Sena India ( Bharat) national general Secretary Maharashtra (Mahamantri) (Mumbai Incharge), Special Executive officer (Government of Maharashtra ), Sweepers Foundation (President), Apple Sarkar Seva Kendra ( Bandra East- Director), Government of India & Government of Maharashtra undertaking – CMC. He is very passionate about inculcating core Indian values at grassroots levels and his children are a perfect example of the same.
Aarti Aruldas
VP – Operations, Strategy and Corporate Communication
Aarti has extensive experience in building enterprises from grassroots levels and scaling up businesses. Her venture Vanakkam Foods was awarded among the Top 10 startups of the year 2018 by Reliance Retail Association. She successfully led an Agritech company in the beta testing of DLT systems in Haiti comissioned by The World Bank. Aarti has a proven track record of building up teams, designing, planning, and strategy and ensuring business processes. She serves as the National Head for Food Processing Unit for Food & Drug Consumer Welfare Committee (FDCWC). She has also done projects with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HLL) .
Deepak Butola

For over 20 years Deepak has been an effective change management strategist, who is quite resourceful in altering business conditions to suit the prevailing times, in terms of customer behavior, Sales strategy, market trends, data driven inferences and market communication patterns. A hardcore sales professional who doesn’t believe in selling, he rather strongly believes in positioning in the right way to the right consumer at the right time. He has worked with large corporations like DHL Worldwide, Yes Bank limited, Max Life Insurance, Kotak Life and Kidville USA. Being a professionally qualified yoga student and instructor he believes in the concept of healthy and unified mind and body. Reading is his passion and he lives by the principle of “read a book a month”. He is also regular to the half marathon track and has completed over 35 races till now. People, Books and Yoga are the three fundamental building blocks of his life.

An Indian businessman from Bahrain who bagged the Youth Business Ikon Award-2018 from the World Malayali Council in Bahrain province recently.
Mr Soman is the Chairman of Ayushi International W.L.L and Cem-Tech International Contracting W.L.L. He also holds the position of Director at the Indian Delights class 1 restaurant and Chief of JANAM TV Bahrain. He has been a resident of Bahrain past 14 years and settled in Sagar at Shimoga district in Karnataka, Indsamachar.

Rakesh Naik is a seasoned entrepreneur & executive, adept in multiple roles of technology, sales and general management. He specializes in the whole gamut of ideating, innovating, operationalizing, monetizing and retaining the interests of stakeholders in start-ups, scale-ups and established organizations.
Hailing from Karnataka, his family has nurtured orthodox and heterodox values enabling him to adapt to contemporary and traditional styles. Rakesh is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Bangalore University and has a Master’s Diploma in Software Science, from Tata Unisys Limited Education Center, India
His career has spanned roles of an instructor, analytical skills of programmer, IT manager of international data centers, products & project manager, program manager, business head with P&L responsibilities, entrepreneur, CEO, incubator and VC. He is well travelled and has amassed invaluable international working and business building experience in the US, Europe and India.
Gifted with persuasive abilities, eclectic sense of humor, technical bent of mind, entrepreneurial abilities and dynamic networking skills, Rakesh is invaluable to startups. His executive presence and demonstrated founders’ mentality in all his actions brings a powerful sense of responsibility for all his employees, customers, products, and decisions.
Usha Nirmala is a resident of Hyderabad, Telangana, India and a seasoned business leader. An anchor, who has led the CSR of Hyderabad Chapter – Ullas for Polaris Financial Technology. She is a recipient of several citations and awards for her professional acumen and outstanding efforts in people, talent and general operations.
An embodiment of a “Naripreneur”, Usha has 16+ years of people management, general operations, startup having industry domain exposure of finance, banking, software, knowledge companies, consumer goods and engineering. She is adept at handling operations of startups, fast growing mid-market firms and MNC’s as a business leader, general manager and process expert. She relates well to the nuances of tactical, strategy and operational requirements of interaction levels spanning sophomores to executive positions. Usha’s is supported by her husband and two children. She is convent educated all along till upper school and later obtained a Bachelor of Science in math, statistics and computers. She is also a master’s in business administration in human resource from Andhra University. She has been a top student all along.

Rachana is a Mumbai based communications and media professional who leads the Production responsibilities at IndSamachar. Growing up in North India, Rachana went on to do her Masters in Microbiology – but soon realized that her dreams lie in the world of visuals rather than microbes. Pursuing her aspirations, Rachana moved to Mumbai and qualified herself in Communication and Media courses – starting a career in photography, television, and short films. In her career, Rachana has produced several short films and commercial stills. She is a passionate YouTuber to her many followers.
At IndSamachar, Rachana leads a team of independent directors and production staff. She is responsible for researching and assessing ideas and finished scripts, hire key staff including director and crew to shoot films, leverage industry networks to project manage shooting schedules. Her financial responsibilities include budgeting for projects and managing the completion of the films within the production budget. Rachana also works very closely with the Marketing teams to enable the distribution and profitability of films.
Rachana is a vibrant team person bringing resourcefulness and innovation to IndSamachar.

A computer engineer with 15+ years of experience in IT primarily in Project Management, business process, quality assurance, and customer management. An avid traveler and adventure sports enthusiast, he is passionate about current affairs, digital & social media.

Ajit belongs to North India but is a typical Mumbaikar as he is born and brought up in Mumbai. He is post-graduated in Masters of Commerce from Mumbai University but always wanted to be a journalist and moved to media rather than pursuing his career in accountancy. Apart from all these he is socially very much active and keeps his entrepreneur skills on the edge with activities in health-oriented themes.
